Jean-Pierre Rossouw, who owns 100% shares in Facilicore, has a Certificate in Sectional Title Management which he obtained through the University of Cape Town.
For 5 years, he managed the facilities and services of a Grade 2 listed scheme with 800 units in London, United Kingdom. Since his return to South Africa, has been actively involved in the Sectional Title and Home Owners Association industries. Jean-Pierre Rossouw joined a Managing agent company in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga where he specialized in Sectional Title and Home Owners Association management and broadened his knowledge in these sectors. Upon relocating to Cape Town, Western Cape, he worked for a well-known Managing agent company, during his time at the firm, he realized how inadequate the market has become in dealing with responsibilities with regard to maintenance within the schemes and the lack of knowledge. Facilicore was established to accommodate the shortfall in knowledge and reporting for your scheme, specializing in Preventative Reporting and Consulting for the Property Industry serving all types of sectors.
